Once you sign up for the AnimalCourts.com class/course, you must complete your class/course within 60 (sixty) days of registering on AnimalCourts.com. If your class/course is not completed within that 60 (sixty) day time frame, you must re-register. There is a new fee, at the current rate, required at each registration and re-registration. Class/course fees and costs are non-fundable.

Class/course completion certificates are issued upon completing all required class/course modules and passing all module tests.
The non-certified certificate may be printed upon successfully completing the class/course. You will be prompted to print that certificate at the end of the class/course.
Upon class/course completion your non-certified certificate may be printed up to 90 (ninety) days from the date you completed the class/course.
The actual date the class/course is completed, regardless of time of day, is counted as the first day. The 90th (ninetieth) day ends at 11:59 pm (23:59) eastern time.

Upon class/course completion you can order a certified certificate up to 90 (ninety) days from the date you completed the class/course.

To access the AnimalCourts.com services, you must create an account associated with a valid e-mail address. Unless otherwise expressed permitted by AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., you may only create one account per email address. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you or any other person or party. AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account. It is your responsibility to contact us immediately if you believe an unauthorized third party may be using your account or if your account information is lost or stolen. You may terminate your account and this agreement at any time by contacting AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., in writing at the address listed below under “contact us.’

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when you register for the AnimalCourts.com class/course, and thereafter. You agree to review and fully spell checked all information you enter at the time of registration. You further agree you are actually the person taking the class/course and that no other person is completing the class/course for you. You acknowledge that AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., only issue certificate of completion to person who have actually registered and successfully completed the class/course. AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., will not issue a certificate to any person, or in the name of any other person, other than those who have registered and successfully completed the class/course.

You agree to provide the correct name for the completion certificate at the time of registration, and that post registration name changes are not allowed or accepted. Any post registration name change requires purchasing and completing the class/course in the new or different name.

You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit card, debit card, or paid through any on line payment service (such as stripe, paypal,  or other similar type services) on the AnimalCourts.com site.  If you chargeback a credit, debit, or other type payment for a payment initiated by you, you agree that Active EyeQ LLC., and AnimalCourts.com shall recover the full amount of the chargeback in addition to all legal and/ or collection fees incurred by any means, including, but not limited to recharging your credit card, debit card, or other payment service for the total amount due, including any additional fees and costs incurred, or by having the amounts recovered by legal action and/or through a collection agency.  This is a notice that this provision is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained, and any other provisions notwithstanding, will be used for that purpose.

AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., may assign the agreements or any part of them, and AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., may delegate any of its obligations under the agreements. You, however, may not assign the agreements or any part of them, nor transfer or sub-license your rights under the agreements, to any third party. You shall not print or re-print any completion certificate in any name other than the person who completed the class/course. You understand and acknowledge that the name on the completion certificate will be generated from the name entered at the time of registration.

You knowingly and voluntarily agree that, except to the extent preempted by federal law, and not waivable by you, the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue in the Superior Court of Cobb county, Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws or any long-arm statute to the contrary, will govern this agreement and any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., except as otherwise may be stated in this agreement.

Unless as otherwise stated in the agreements, should any provision of the agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law. If any provision of the terms is held invalid by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court or arbitrator, the parties agree that such provision will be replaced with a new provision that accomplishes the original, intended business purpose, and the other provisions of the terms will remain in full force and effect.
Any failure by AnimalCourts.com or Active EyeQ LLC., or any third-party beneficiary to enforce the agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive AnimalCourts.com or Active EyeQ LLC., or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so. Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under the terms will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement.

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, with venue in Cobb County, or another location mutually agreeable to the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law. Any and all proceedings will be conducted in English. Each side shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees, if any. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an arbitrator who is a practicing attorney, who is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and has least 10 years of experience as an attorney. All decisions shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction as set out in these terms, conditions, and agreement. In no event, shall any award, decision, or judgment exceed the price of the class/course that was paid upon initial registration.
Class action, representative, or other similar non-individualized relief claims prohibited where permitted under the applicable law, you and AnimalCourts.com and/or Active EyeQ LLC., agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. Unless both you and AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., agree, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person’s claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Except as otherwise may be prohibited by law, you will hold AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., and its officers, directors, stockholders, managers, employees, vendors, contractors, representatives, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys’ fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or at trial or on appeal, if any, whether or not litigation or arbitration is instituted), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortuous action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and any violation by you of any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.

Except as prohibited by law, if there is liability found on the part of AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services paid at the time of class/course registration, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental or consequential damages, so the prior limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This paragraph does not apply in states or jurisdictions that limit such limitation on damages and indemnification.

You understand that during the AnimalCourts.com class/course, you may see, hear, or encounter material that you may deem to be objectionable, graphic, offensive, indecent, or disturbing, which content may or may not be expressly identified as being objectionable, graphic, offensive, indecent, or disturbing. Nevertheless, you knowingly and voluntarily accept and agree to undertake the AnimalCourts.com class/course at your sole risk and AnimalCourts.com and Active EyeQ LLC., including, but not limited to, its owners, stockholders, managers, affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, employees, contractors, vendors, contributors, agents, and representatives shall have no liability to you for material that may be found to be objectionable, graphic, offensive, indecent, or disturbing.

The AnimalCourts.com class/course is designed and made for your personal and singular use. You agree that you are the person who registered, took the class/course, completed the module tests, and printed the completion certificate. You agree that you are not taking the class/course for any person other than yourself.

Minors and children under the age of 18 are not eligible to take the AnimalCourts.com class/course. Do not enter, submit, or otherwise include any identifying information for any minor or child under the age of 18 years of age.
